Short answer: On LivaMC SkyBlock, Java (PC) and Bedrock (phone, tablet, console, Windows) players play in the same world. Java uses play.livamc.com, Bedrock uses bedrock.livamc.com port 19132. A PC player and a mobile player can share one island, the same market, the same island ranking and Island War.
