Workers and Job Listings: Hire Players or Work for Pay
Short answer: LivaMC SkyBlock lets island owners hire other players as workers (/işçi yap <player>), up to 5 per island. Workers cannot leave the island or teleport and only do what you allow (harvest, till, place/break their own blocks, pick up items). The /işçi ilan board hosts job listings lasting 1–7 days; players apply, work and can leave a 5-star review after 30 minutes.

Shared depot and magic blocks
The island depot is a 5-page shared storage. Workers take magic blocks from it: placing removes them from the depot, breaking returns them, so materials cannot be stolen.
