BoxPvP Ranks and Prestige: Every Price from Player to Ragnarok
Short answer: LivaMC BoxPvP has 10 ranks: Player, Midgard, Freya, Loki, Thor, Fenrir, Odin, Valhalla, Asgard and Ragnarok. Sell what you mine with /sell and rank up with /rankup; every rank opens a new mine. After Ragnarok you can prestige up to 10 times, each adding a permanent +5% to your sales.
